About TurboGST
We're building the tools we'd want at 11:45 PM on the due date: ones that say what's wrong, show what would change, and don't pretend to know more than they do.
What it is
A set of tools for preparing and checking GST files, starting with the failures that cost people the most time: the portal rejecting a GSTR-1 file, and the file being too big to upload.
What it isn't
- It doesn't file your return. You file on the GST portal with your own login.
- It never asks for your portal password and never signs in to the portal for you.
- It isn't tax advice. When a choice has tax consequences, we explain it and leave it to you and your CA.
How we handle what we don't know
- Every error code and guide shows the date we last checked it, and links to what it's based on.
- Where sources disagree, such as the portal's line-item limit, we say so and choose the cautious figure.
- Fixes that change an amount, a GSTIN or an invoice number always wait for you to accept them.
What exists today
The four browser tools, the error code list and the guides. Accounts with two-step sign-in, organisations and GSTIN management work too. Reading invoices from PDF or JPG, GSTR-2B and IMS matching, billing and client upload links are planned; see pricing for how.
