RET191148: No section data or gross turnover available

The portal found no invoice data (or no gross turnover) to process.

Why it happens

  • An empty file for a period with sales.
  • `gt` / `cur_gt` missing.

How to fix it

  1. Add the invoices and regenerate.
  2. For a nil return, use the portal's nil-return path instead of uploading a file.
